Community Access and Transportation
Our purpose is to improve our resident’s health and wellness by identifying and eliminating barriers that prevent them from accessing local programs and resources.
Community Safety
The purpose of the group is to create a forum for community agencies from varying disciplines to examine the issue of violence from the perspective of Prevention, Response, and Recovery. The goal of the group is information-sharing about current local programmatic efforts and uncovering areas of possible collaboration.
Mental Health
Our purpose is to improve community emotional well being by increasing awareness about stress coping strategies and how and when to seek help for individuals experiencing emotional pain.
PFH Drug Free Task Force
Our purpose is to reduce youth substance use and abuse through widespread community collaboration.
Healthy Hunterdon Workforce Initiative
In recognition that a healthier workforce leads to a healthier more profitable business, our purpose is to assist businesses in creating a Culture of Health in the workplace by providing training and resources that promote an environment of health and wellness.
